IKEA Saudi Arabia 4+

Everything is good about the app, but lately ( using iPad app ) I noticed that when I try to move an item from my shopping bag to my wishlist is near to impossible! It used to swipe the product and choose move to wishlist but now the swiping has gone and been replaced with a three dots when I press on them I barely see a very tiny box at the bottom of the page but can’t do anything with it because it’s too tiny and can’t see what’s written and impossible to work with ! Please fix that problem !! And please bring back the ( click and collect ) option , I used to buy online and send my driver to ikea but since covid19 the option is not available in Riyadh . Thank you !

Loved the experience of purchasing online after double checking live in the store and waiting for the delivery and assembling my orders after paying and collecting everything online to give a full review.

I’ve never wrote a review but this one is worth it. Ikea well done for below one star if I could for the waste of time shopping in app or online only to find it out of stock, collect at the store or we don’t deliver to your city ..
the store is 20 min away from my home but I’m healthcare professional I work 7 days a week Day & Night and I don’t have the time to shop at store. But I WASTED Three Days on ikea apps & website & I never find the things I want I keep on changing & I bought things I’m not into just because I didn’t want to waste more time & I needed something to fulfill my need for my new home.
If I shopped at the store I would’ve finished within one hour.
Oh and the delivery take two weeks !!! Whyyyy?!
Nothing in my order need assembly & all of it available in the store... whyyy two weeks ? Why?
Three gigantic store in my home town & you can’t manage to ship orders faster within the town itself.. collaborate with local delivery app for GOD sake.
