The Apps main features are:
Track Orders: Get real-time updates on your delivery, push notifications with transport status, delivery information of other orders from e-commerce sites, document delivery from banks etc.
Schedule Delivery: Choose a preferred date and book your delivery or pick-up.
Address Management: Save multiple addresses for frequent deliveries or pick-ups saving you the trouble of manually entering the addresses.
Freight Query: Select shipping or receiving city and weight of your shipment to get freight price estimates.

Worst delivery
They procrastinate to deliver my shipments !!
I had to drive for more than 20 minutes to meet a courier in the street to take my shipment !!
First one courier is manipulating and evading to deliver it and faking that there’s no response
After that for two days they are giving the shipment to a wrong address with wrong courier even after I made a complaint !!
Obviously the distributor can’t read Arabic or English although I received many shipments before in the same recorded location!!
Horrible service, hire reliable drivers
My order has been in my city for close to a week and I've yet to receive it due to the absolutely terrible communication at best, I’ve been asked for my location two times and they proceeded to flake on me twice, now yet ANOTHER package is showing “failed to deliver”, i emailed customer service and was met with radio silence, now one of my packages isnt even showing new delivery attempts
Worst delivery service
From past two days i keep getting message that my order is out for delivery but no one contacts me for location and then when i tracked on the website it was unable to deliver. The drivers don’t contact and just inform that the order eas not received kindly hire truthfull drivers .🙏🏻worst experience didn’t received my order yet .
