First time with invygo

Was very smooth on booking, multiple type of cars , I really like the app and the offers it’s very good choice
Still not finished my one month contract

RUN AWAY

Terrible customer service and ridiculous renting terms. I rented a Chinese car that turned out to have many many issues and all my incident reports were ignored. They offered no refund in case i return it and no swapping option in the first month. So essentially I was stuck with a piece of junk for a month and i paid for returning it twice despite them promising a refund for my first return fee.
Customer service is literally one girl who occasionally opens the chat (They don't work on weekends or past 5 and they barely reply by 10am) so if you get into a car accident good luck with that. You’re on your own. They dont connect you directly with the dealer they’re dealing with either.
For returns you have to go drop off the car yourself even if the app gives you the option for it to be picked up.
Other apps like karwa offer similar deals with way better customer service. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

invygo offers monthly car subscriptions not rentals, thus the T&C might differ.
The listed cars are coming from official dealers and if the delivered vehicle is not up to customer expectations, they have the option not to accept it.
In case of an accident, you can report it right in the app, where you can also find the dealer emergency number 🌸

I just wanted to mention that this app is a disaster,road assistance and customer support are not as expected and not professional at all. A month ago at the airport my car stopped working at 12 midnight i called the road assistant guy he was sleeping and tell me that he can’t help because it’s late and stopped answering my calls,then I called the costumer support team and also no one answered. The next day after a long hard night I called the costumer support team and send them the invoice ( towing service,taxi,part and mechanic fee) for reimbursement, it’s been a month and no one is cooperating, they supposed to have customer support 24/7 but unfortunately after 4 pm no one will answer and the road assistance option is a BIG LIE.
