Main option buttons in the program not working at all

Main option button like in the feedback after submitting the feedback the submit button not working

After logging in the just concluded Ramadan Season 3 Quiz to check the Winners list as in informed in WhatsApp community of the App. When we press the winners list button in the button of login screen of the App, it is not working at all.
My mobile is iOS iPhone
Also there is no any update for this App for long time to fix these kinds of bugs.
