    I have downloaded the App but unable to verify login details. Every time when I tried to verify through NAFATH it’s giving error and says try again. Please fix the issue asap.

    I was looking for a half star if I could give it to this app Very Poor service. Things are not clear 100% when you try to open your account on the app it will say it is not registered and you try to register and during this time when you receive a call some times it dosent work so you keep pressing buttons and the machine keeps talking alone even after registration when I tried to add a card again it mentioned account not registered in the same mobile and in the same time after registering. It is frustrating and it is not user friendly. Hope they’ll do best job in the future as for now I’ll be closing my account on zero regardless of their offers with a broken app

    I honestly regret downloading the app and subscribing to the service. And wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Unfortunately I can’t withdraw my money from the saving account and my money is stuck in the account. I contacted customer support many times but they keep saying “we raised a request and will solve your issue within 5 day’s”. It’s been more than a month now and the issue is still pending and i still can’t withdraw my money.

    It’s been a month that i cant login using the app. Now i am not able to view and transact my current acount and my credit card. I dont have the account number to send money so i can pay my credit card. This is very frustrating. I tried calling customer care and i cant get through.

    I am not able to:- view card details as it says untrusted device, despite the device being trusted already- add to apple wallet, always gives error and app crashes when you click retry- unable to order physical card, just says unable to process requestNot sure what is the advantage of a banking app if I cannot use it's card
