The screen freezes and there is no way to get back to the same match so every time it’s freeze I need to close the game and start a new match, and some time the player’s avatar change, will know what I mean if you played just three match you’ll face these kind of problems, I love the game but I don’t want to lose coins because of these kinda problems.

There are a lot of things that makes me give this game only 1 star and if i could I would’ve given it 0 star

1- a lot and a lot of ads which is so annoying!

2- the game crashes every second which makes it hard to play!

3- the highest you can play is 1000 and prize of 1700 which is inconvenient and mes it so hard to earn money unless there is a challenge you can play on higher stake!

4- the game lags always non stop and play random cards players don’t choose!

5- the game randomly changes the cards in the middle of the game! And sometimes distribute cards only on one player!

6- the card distribution is so so so unfair to the point where some games i go on six full rounds without a card to make me let out one ball out!

7- the game management doesn’t listen and doesn’t fix the game despite players reaching out about the problems happening!

8- issues are so easy to fix and if it was fixed the game would be so much better and people will play it more!

I’m so embarrassed on your behalf that I have to write this review for you! Because i tried giving numerous chances but nothing changed at all!!

The team behind the app just launched and never cared again of anything the game freeze some buttons Don’t work sometimes it logs out the stones lag on top of each other.. and much more.

For the last six months i always check the review section and its always the same the reviews same complaints and same answers from the game team “ please tell us more , please contact us on facebook or instagram with more details on issues” like its the first time hearing it or they Don’t know the issue or they Don’t use the app “
