I use this great app for all my house cleanings. Simple steps, easy to navigate and the best service in town. The team behind it are very kind and helpful even if minor things happened, they will make sure you have a great experience with them.

Rude driver and cold customer service
I don’t recommend it for anyone , the driver refused to deliver the housemaid to my location because I live in naval base and the other application is coming in and out freely . He called me at 6 30 am to threaten me that if I didn’t come out to take her , he will cancel the request and because I need the service urgently I accepted , he was very rude , I called customer service to send another one when the maid finish and they refused to send as it’s not applicable in the application to change the driver. And told me that he is obligated to take her and you should not come out . Why i am paying for service and to hold all this stress !! . Is that fair !!

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
- customer service is a shamble
- they say between 8-10 yet they never come after 8:30 🤷♂️
- cleaning I am told is good
