Great App
Excellent app that would make travel through KF causeway nice and smooth. Just one more thing to consider is to allow any vehicle to be added to more than one wallet.
No transaction statement
The app used to display statement of your transactions (from your wallet). I once discovered that I was charged for a trip that I didn’t take and sent several
Messages to the help desk but none were answered.
To make the matter worse, they now removed the feature and you can only see top ups and not spending from the toll gate. You can’t track spending an there for dispute ability is limited.
Great Application
Easy to use & save time for travellers especially it is connected electronically to open the causeway gates
