Problem when opening the game
Merry Christmas and happy new year,
For almost 2 months now I cannot open the game and I’m missing a lot of new things in it. And still until now I cannot figure out what the problem could be. A window keeps popping up stating “there’s a problem when connecting to our servers”. How this problem can be solved.

Heart breaking crashes
I have been playing this fantastic game for more than 2 years now. I have enjoyed it so much . Recently, the game application crashes all the times. There are times, that I am not awarded the prizes, specially, after watching a video, after a task is done. Collecting coins is also troublesome. The application just freezes whilst in the middle of the collection and then crashes. Now, I cant even start to play because it just crashes.
This is getting very disappointing.
