Ratings and Reviews
I thought this was a good service, but…
They “claim” that they give you the option to choose a preferred cleaning professional to come again but ever time I do that they change the cleaning perosn either to a random one that I have never tried before (and eventually get disappointed with) or with someone I did try but did not equally like as the one I specifically chose to come again.
This is the third time in a row that this has happened. Totally unacceptable. I don’t think I will use this service again. How come you allow choosing a preferred cleaning professional (whom I chose to come again based on specific reasons and details in their cleaning routine that I liked the first time) and then they never show up again because you ALWAYS change my choices one hour before their arrival time???!
I am uninstalling this unprofessional app today after the cleaning service is done. Because, yeah, your cleaning professional that I didn’t ask for or probably didn’t want to see again is on her way to my house in a few minutes.
Thanks for helping me find out how useless you are.

Writing the review after reading the bad reviews:
It went just perfect,so smooth,easy,affordable, (4 hours 160 riyal) I booked very late at night yesterday and the lady arrived at 8am,they confirmed the booking and the driver call me upon arrival. The lady was Pilipino and she left everything INMACULATE. She folded 4 big luggage of clothes in an hour and a half and the rest cleaning the whole apartment deeply. She was very professional not wasting the time with the phone or anything. Very glad I didn’t heard the comment, 100% would recommend!!

They make refunds difficult for cancellation they made!!
Waited over two hours for cleaners to come only to be told 30 minutes past the time slot given that the cleaners aren’t coming. When I asked to get a refund back of 361sr (almost USD100) the chat support system said the refund team will call within one hour. They inconveniently BRIEFLY called when I was in the toilet and when I tried calling back it went to auto machine which all buttons just goes to a autobot that tells you to use the app. I went back to talk to chat support and they said they’ll request for refund team to call again BUT THEY NEVER DID!! I WILL bring this up to the bank and authorities to investigate the scams that they’re playing up.
