Bad experience

Sharing my bad experience from the matrimony app,My account auto renewed and i lost 550 AED from my account without my consent,Last two week am sending mails to customer care for complaining register till date no one contacted or i didn’t get the refund also.This guys are professional looters.

Amazing app

This app is an amazingly user friendly and ease to use, appreciate all the efforts taken to meet customer requirement. I have below suggestions/constraints based on the usage of app

a) The iOS app gets closed abruptly when the search results are more than 1000+

b) Sudhajathakam with yes or no option would more add value for the users with sudhajathakam

c) With label name as Dosham acceptable in search criteria and profile creation with below values will ease like 0 to 1, 0 to 0.5, 1 to 1.5, 1.5-2,1-2 etc..,

d) Search criteria like cast no bar and salary selection like from 1 lac to any amounts it’s give account that doesn’t fall in the criteria
