No good app give me thought it’s afake
I make reservations then i got it confirmed, after while I changed my book flight as it’s option allowed in the app, then I got accepted ftom the app, after that they canceled the new reservation flight and changed the final destination, they give me alternative choices but with minimum 1000USD, and I called the help line and asked them to keep it as the new flight line.. they confirmed it… just now I got a call from the 1st reservation flight carrier the told me my old reservation need some documents to be processed!!! I said it’s been canceled and I changed it, they said still confirmed and contact the agency..
So now I think my money is gone.

The worst application in the world
Really they are thiefs and I loose a lot of money with and benefits our deal with them the customer service very very bad they closed the phone while you’re talking to them. I booked for my worker from Manila to kulu to Jeddah to damm but departing from Manila was delayed and the workers missed the Kulua plane due to this delay when I call them they hanged me more than two hours and they told me we will give another trip you have to pay for it which’s not acceptable at all. My advice to all people please dont book from them believe me and I have approved ducment with me to whom want to believe me

Kiwi is a thieve location and Cheating people
This message is forwarded to the whole people in the world as I advise them not to book through this cheating people.
I have booked on line flight on March 27th, 2022 from Baghdad to Beirut to Amman but when I went to do the check in in the airport, my booking was not shown. Then I purchased another ticket from one of the offices in the airport and I raised a claim to refund my money. After 7 months of follow up they refused to refund my money even though I provided all supported documents.
I am warning all people in the world to stop dealing with this site as their money will be lost.
