Life will guide you through the process of shedding activities and behaviors that do not serve your larger purpose.

Why do you need more meaningful experiences?

When there’s a gap between what we do and what matters to us, we find ourselves discontent and unsatisfied. We suffer in that gap. We want more. We crave meaning. When we close the gap by aligning what we do with what’s important to us, we are filled with a sense of vitality. We feel free, content, and purposeful when we do meaningful stuff.

How does it work?

1. You tell us what you did and your mood towards doing it.
2. Using data science and smart tech, Life will show you activity to mood correlations and make recommendations on how to better spend your time. Feeling drained and frustrated, but not sure why? Life will show you.
3. Receive daily, weekly and monthly insights and suggestions.
