I order 2 t shirt and and short set . Its amazing same as expectations. I got my product in 10 days Best products and one of the fast service thank you so much really appreciate . I ll look more products from LightInTheBox.

I liked the selection and made a big order and paid 200 extra for priority shipping “4-6 days” which was advertised under the items.

2 weeks on still haven’t received my order and 6 items I cancelled because they still haven’t even left their warehouse. I haven’t received the refund for the 6 items yet.

A day later they replied that “4-6 days” means the time it would take to dispatch from the warehouse and not delivery time, Lies.

Due to the false delivery duration advertised and so I that don’t cancel my whole order, I was offered store, I accepted. Keep in mind that I had to purchase items from another site because I had an event.

THE BEST PART - 1000 credit is not valid until I spend 2x The credit amount 😂😂😂😂😂. So they think I will spend another 2000 riyal to get the apology 1000 riyal. Of course this was not mentioned until after I agreed to the credit.

They’re not truthful and the biggest headache and just say whatever they need to.

Was waiting 2 weeks for delivery, but today order was canceled, with no explanations.
Very very bad experience !
The only good thing - at least got refund same day. But this make very mad!
Was going to order winter clothes, much more but because of such experience of course will not do it. Mad new order just because could not find items in other place, so one more attempt, but only because there was no other opportunity.
Recommend app for friend before, she made an order, now will recommend not to use it.
