Honestly the best food delivery application i dont even bother using others anymore. Ive been using it for over a year maybe and i tell EVERYONE about it. They are very prompt and they truly care about the costumer, they fix your problem (which there rarely us tbh) before you even make a complaint. Im their number one loyal costumer and I'm so grateful for their service!!!! 😍😍😍😍
Cant access account
Lugmety is a great app. However, I forgot my password and ever since then I can’t order anything using the app. I tried clicking on “forgot password” but it doesn’t work and it doesn’t send a reset link to my email even though I tried multiple times. I also tried logging in using other means such as apple id but it keeps saying “this phone is already in use” when I provide my phone number. This bug should be fixed immediately as forgetting a password is bound to happen and should have a solution for it.
