Balance not correct

On card recorded 276 min but in fact it’s 70 min only and after min call stop and start hear conversation again

Very bad

In my dialer its more than 200 minutes available but whenever i m making call to any number in india, after telling balanced,, its written "forbidden " . Can u tell me why it is happening and you guys can resolve this issue soon. Please reply me as soon as possible. Its urgent for me. Thank you
