Today I found my car locked because you claim that I did not pay for my parking in August (we are currently in November), if that is the case why I did not find any notice on my car at the time of the violation? or why I did not receive any thing in the APP about this violation?
If I knew about this violation I would have rejected it or paid it, but I will not leave it hangging without any action.
If this is being done intentionally to claim the additional cost of removing the lock from my car I don’t forgive you and I will claim it from you on the day of judgement.

After park the car I pay for parking and get the ticket. When I return back to my car after 1 hour I see that my car tyre was locked. And on driver seat door their is one paper pasted by them. I call on that number and ask them to came. When they came I ask them the reason behind it. I show them my ticket, but they refuse to help. They told me that you should paste the ticket on your car dashboard.

Terrible app and misleading. I have more than one car registered in the app. I chose the car I wanted to pay for, but the money goes to what they call the primary car. I had to pay a parking fee. I learned the lesson, and in the second time, I made the car I wanted to pay for the primary car then I paid. Guess what! I still found a parking fee. That doesn’t only apply to the app, but also to the employees who are late, slow, don’t listen and don’t care.
