Log in Issues Funds Transfer Issue

Almost Everytime hell of the issues fed up of it App keeps loading funds transfer error loged in several times waste of time ....on it complains hundred times

MCB Live

After installation of updated version of this app, I asked for biometric which I did with great difficulty,
Afterward every time when I logged in it is successful but I can’t proceed for any transaction because all tabs become inactive and getting red colour prompt message that “there is system can not process the request try again later”.
I am not in Pakistan, kindly fix the problem to facilitate us.
In this app Live Chat is in active and I explained my issue to customer service agent but the person can’t provide solution.

Worst application worst customer services

One week ago my account transaction held they say our customer care call you. Even i call many time to helpline they took all detail and said sorry sir i can’t do it right now our people call you. I’m aboard its very difficult for me. Sometimes there signal/network problem for roaming sim. But you didn’t have any other option for verification. When my number and device registered and you generate otp then why you need verification.
