Poor Application
Every time I need to sign in for home delivery and payment method is always an issue. The card is saved but you can not use it, your order is lost and you have to go thru the whole process again and again. At the end, I made it cash. Apple Pay is there but not working. Substandard quality not expected from an international brand name.
"Unsuccessful Order and Delayed Refund Due to App Technical Issue:
Today, on April 14, 2024, at 18:02 (6:02 PM), I placed an order through your app. After my bank deducted the amount, I realized that the order was not completed successfully by the app. I immediately contacted customer service, and as usual, I was informed that there was a technical issue and that my money would be refunded within 7 working days.
As a customer, I believe it is unacceptable for me to be inconvenienced due to technical issues with your app. I expect better communication and transparency regarding such issues. Additionally, I request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
It’s a good app.. just a small BIG issue
I like the app… it’s great and the deals are money saving it’s great but unfortunately there is the biggest problem which is there’s no “cash” option in the deals menu when you make takeout food you only have to pay in card you can’t put cash on arrival and unfortunately it causes problems but overall it’s a good app
