Every time I need to sign in for home delivery and payment method is always an issue. The card is saved but you can not use it, your order is lost and you have to go thru the whole process again and again. At the end, I made it cash. Apple Pay is there but not working. Substandard quality not expected from an international brand name.

Bad application, bad support, and bad management. They do not care about the customer, and there is no follow-up or monitoring of requests that are executed on time. All my orders arrive cold. You file a complaint request as if you are with a government agency that does not care about the customer’s or consumer’s opinion. One of the orders has the amount withdrawn and the order is not delivered. Then file a complaint and file a report with the branch. He asked for an apology and justification from the branch manager who received the request. It was as if I was talking to a wall. No one contacted me and the money was not returned. It is the ugliest thing I have ever seen.

تطبيق سيء ودعم سيء وإدارة سيئة لا يهتمون بالعميل وليس هناك متابعة او مراقبة لطلبات تنفيذها بالوقت كل طلباتي يصل الطلب بارد ترفع طلب شكوى وكانك مع جهة حكومية مايهمها راي العميل او المستهلك احد الطلبات تم سحب المبلغ ولا يتم ايصال الطلب ثم رفع شكوى ورفع بلاغ على الفرع وطلب اعتذار وتبرير من مدير الفرع اللي وصله الطلب وكاني اكلم جدار لم يتواصل معي احد ولم ترجع الفلوس من اقبح ما رأيت والدليل شف تقييمهم العام

Today, on April 14, 2024, at 18:02 (6:02 PM), I placed an order through your app. After my bank deducted the amount, I realized that the order was not completed successfully by the app. I immediately contacted customer service, and as usual, I was informed that there was a technical issue and that my money would be refunded within 7 working days.

As a customer, I believe it is unacceptable for me to be inconvenienced due to technical issues with your app. I expect better communication and transparency regarding such issues. Additionally, I request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
