The HRSD app provides easy access to selected HRSD eServices and offers an excellent experience and efficient communication channels.
The app provides a number of services to individuals, such as:
Regulations and procedures for labor, civil service, and social development.
As an active member of society you can contribute by reporting labor market violations or helping to report those in need so that we can reach and support them.
The application contains a range of services for civil service employees, such as viewing employment data, length of service and sick leave.
The app also enables private sector employees to calculate their end-of-service compensation.
The application allows users to book an appointment, file a complaint or submit a grievance. Also eligible users can view digital cards to obtain priority services such as disabled parking or travel discounts.

Hands down, the best financial app.
After downloading financial apps that promised a lot over the years but never delivered, or were inconsistent, I was skeptical about Ministry of HRSD. This app is a GAME CHANGER! No more worrying about missing bills, managing multiple bill pay sites, or auto-pays. TOTALLY gives you back control of your money! See where it is going, when. Great interface. And, lightning fast payments and confirmations. This one is the complete package I‘ve been looking for!
Maybe they can start of a financial management app next!

I gave this app a five star rating because it has been a time saver for me when it comes to my local stuff. The only thing I wish it had is more variety of colors to choose from in the categories section.
Major Features Are Not Working
The application seems to be easy but I tried many times to report a labor violation & even to submit a complaint but it’s not proceeding for submission. I even tried to call the ministry to report the error 3 weeks ago and one of the representative told me that he already fixed it and I just need to delete and reinstall the application but I experienced the same issue. I thought that this application is user friendly and it gives me hope to easily reach the Ministry to report the abusive & in-compliant employer.
