Hi there.
one of the best apps out there for these kind of services: cheap delivery fee in comparison to other applications, and also the bonus for not increasing the menu prices. and with this, I respect you.
but I would suggest more accessibility improvements to the application, since I’m a voiceover user, I noticed multiple unlabeled buttons especially within the payment page, but other than that, the app looks very promising

The app is poorly developed, I guess probably still in beta phase. Most text in the app are not translated to English even when you select English as your language when creating your account. If you are not careful you will place order by mistake because instead of check out it will state search for Mr Mandoob and good luck with canceling the order. There is no phone number I the app to reach a real person, the contact us button takes you to telegram, so you have a download another software in order to contact customer service. There is usually a long waiting period. When the customer service replies to your message, they disconnect immediately without asking if your question was answered or if you have other questions just like most professional customer service do. I will rate the app 1 star.

One of the worst application ever.

I ordered something there, and after a while when the delivery guy took the order to deliver it to me, Suddenly an invoice receipt just popped up and telling me to pay higher than the actual price by 10 riyals. I tried to contact the Mandoob support but they didn’t help and they sometimes don’t answer to you. Just lying about the price is incredibly insane .
