Guys you have some serious issue here, loading time is terrible low, payment option gets hangs / refreshed automatically…kindly sort it out.

It has been really difficult for me to book movie tickets through this app. First of all, after logging in, the app asks if I would like to log in in the future using my facial recognition, and when I agreed to this, the app immediately crashes. I try to access the app again, and it wouldn’t let me do so - It just keeps crashing. I had to delete it and reinstall it again.

When I reinstalled it again, I was cautious this time and so I did not choose to agree to have the facial recognition option for my log in so that it would not crash again but I faced the challenge in the payment step. It gave me multiple options for payment, and so I choose Apple Pay out of convenience but the app would say: payment not completed, then it would crash. I would try to reopen it again but I would face the same challenge - the app would not open - it just keeps crashing, and so I had to delete it and reinstall it again.

Then, when I came to the payment step again, this time I choose STC pay but the payment was not completed and the app crashed, and so I gave up on the app and decided to just go to vox cinemas in Avenue Mall. It has been really painful experience! 😓

I accidentally booked the wrong date for my movie, and unfortunately, it turned out to be after the movie had already started. It would have been easier to handle if the app had made it clearer that the movie had begun. Despite my efforts to reach out to them via email multiple times, I only received automated responses, which was disappointing. Overall, I found the app to be slow and lacking clear information, and the customer service experience was not at all helpful. Absolutely disappointed!!!! How can such a large company not have a single phone line too?? Ridiculous!

لقد حجزت بالخطأ تاريخًا خاطئًا لفيلمي، ولسوء الحظ، تبين أن ذلك حدث بعد بدء الفيلم بالفعل. كان من الأسهل التعامل مع التطبيق لو أوضح أن الفيلم قد بدأ. وعلى الرغم من الجهود التي بذلتها للتواصل معهم عبر البريد الإلكتروني عدة مرات، إلا أنني لم أتلق سوى ردودًا آلية، وهو الأمر الذي كان مخيبًا للآمال. بشكل عام، وجدت أن التطبيق بطيء ويفتقر إلى المعلومات الواضحة، كما أن تجربة خدمة العملاء لم تكن مفيدة على الإطلاق. بخيبة أمل تماما! كيف يمكن لمثل هذه الشركة الكبيرة ألا يكون لديها خط هاتف واحد أيضاً؟؟
