Description
MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand and helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members. With MyChart you can:
• Communicate with your care team.
• Review test results, medication, immunisation history, and other health information.
• Connect your account to Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MyChart.
• View your After Visit Summary® for past visits and hospital stays, along with any clinical notes your clinician has recorded and shared with you.
• Book and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• Get price estimates for the cost of care.
• View and pay your medical bills.
• Securely share your medical record from anywhere with anyone who has Internet access.
• Connect your accounts from other healthcare organisations so you can see all your health information in one place, even if you've been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.
• Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.
Select features are also available on Apple Watch.
Note that what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features your healthcare organisation has enabled and whether they’re using the latest version of Epic software. If you have questions about what’s available, contact your healthcare organisation.
To access MyChart, you must create an account with your healthcare organisation. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organisation or go to your healthcare organisation’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time. Then, make sure you have push notifications enabled to receive updates on your device when new information is available in MyChart.

What’s New
Version 10.8.5
You can now add insurance ID cards to Apple Wallet and your COVID-19 passes update on their own. These features might become available to you after your healthcare organisation starts using the latest version of Epic.
First-time app setup and organisation management have had a modern refresh. Shortcut management and visibility have been improved. These features are available immediately to all users who upgrade the app.

Wonderful little icon that gives enormous data about health. I can do every thing by using it. From the start until the end. Booking an appointment, requesting medications, viewing results and chatting with doctors as well are there including other options. Every day I see improvements and new features are being added. Thanks to this amazing app.

Navigate between family members within the App
It great App , help us match better and it be come more better. Yet I have request and Suggestion
Request- in the lap test , Dr should write comment that result is ok, currently Dr will write if result not ok ( i hope they do)
Because we cant understand lap language
So Dr can write comment ( all test are ok)
Suggestion- when i access App by one of family members , I can not navigate to other member within App , I have to log off and log in again , if you enhance App to have privilege to do so with out log off

Additionally, if you have proxy access to your family members in MyChart, you can tap on the Switch Patients option in the upper-right corner of the item feed when logged in as yourself, and switch to your family members. If this does not resolve your issue, please reach out to MyChartSupport@epic.com so we can troubleshoot your issue.
Excellent App
Thank you for this App and for your hard work in making patients life easier especially in getting a very fast access to all kind of tests results and other info.. etc .. this is in one word an amazing app
