Don’t use their apps either.
My daughter used most of her savings to buy the watch, but unfortunately many problems occurred since it arrived. I contacted them several times, they responded first then they just ignored my messages. I asked for replacement before the end of the first month but they ignored that too.
Bug
The app bugs, i killed and launched it, de-sinstall and install it again but i have the same bug: an empty pop up screen that i can’t close
