Decent app but
Delivery fees are fair, it used to be 3 riyals for express but now it’s 5 THO + the products are more expensive than original price+ express groceries should be open 24/7 I’ve always wanted something late night or early morning+ if you don’t check your items before payment they sometimes miss a few. But, it seems to be the best option thanks to the low delivery fees for express.
WORST APP EVER👎😡🤮🤢
Basically I was doing my order and I had two problems with this app first I was doing my order and then it asked for my location so I put in my location after it calls me and it says it’s in a whole another street 20 minutes from mine and I already paid and boom my money went and we called them and they say we can’t return your order and next time where your location is at🤢after my second problem was is that I ordered at 8 o’clock then it took a long time and kept checking the location. The driver was going laps around the street and not coming to mine.😡 Then we called the driver and he started screaming at us then we closed the phone after we finished calling with him and then I went to charge my phone because it was 0% and then the driver said I came to your house while I was charging my phone and I didn’t check then he sends me a message saying I came and that I called you 2 TIMES he called me two times after he called me. He said your order was cancelled just because he called me two times and I didn’t check. He said your order was cancelled and I got super mad because I ordered 8 o’clock and it was gonna come 10 o’clock there is nothing wrong with the app and the products, the only sing is that they need to change their drivers🤬

Dole very men don’t follow health and safety protocols!
With my last order I have delivery that wasn’t handled according to the ministry’s Health & Safety protocols. When I refused to accept the order which was on the spot. The grocery items were left at my door for two days! When the customer call agent had already confirmed on WhatsApp that I have ever right not to accept the order and she apologized. Then another agent calls me by phone same day in the evening and tells me I have every right to be upset and refuse the order and asked me to follow on WhatsApp to ask for credit or refund of the order I refused to accept. The next day I sent another message saying the items I refused to accept are still at me doorstep, I got a call from “Top Managements employee” telling me that I won’t get a refund nor store credit!!!! She said we will see about the delivery man but you won’t get compensated for this order!!!! Then she asks me “ Is there anything else I can do for you” ?!! This must be the worst customer service I have ever seen. This should not be acceptable at all! It’s a shame that this will be the last time I place an order with Nana
