Invalid recipient

I am trying to add my card to wallet,and every time i got :invalid recipient mobile number or inactive.
I called the customer service but they could not solve the issue.

Not working

Stupid App requesting update and revert me back to app store which then give a message that the app is not available in your country
1st time I had this message I searched the app manually and after downloading it it doesn’t open and when I closed it completely and tried to reopen it back again I had that message…update your app.
I don’t know which company developed this app but it seems to be the worst of the worse

Worst banking app

The worst bank application I met.
How long should I wait to activate my account inspite of having bank account. I am waiting for 2 weeks and still the request is not acctivated and no one is able to help me.
Rate is below zero
