Ok, I ordered twice from this app.
First experience: it took them 15 days if I remember correctly, some might say it’s too long but I’m a person that doesn’t mind waiting if the time is written it’s well known to me that it’ll be delivered in date X or Z.
Second experience: ordered and paid on 15th of October 2020, never heard from them not even updated the status of my shipment. Contacted costumer service and they said the following: there’s an estimate dispatch time “7-15 business days” then an estimate shipping time “5-15 business days” and of course an estimate delivery time “I dunno I actually lost track of how many days I have to wait”
Conclusion: I don’t mind waiting for 2 months, but I also like to be told. When I bought the items, apparently the dispatch date is written below each item with a “truck” next to it so I thought it was delivery estimate time. The font was too small to notice and nothing special about it. Today is my 15th day and it should be shipped or at least I should be given a tracking number and neither happened.
It’s so crazy how I got mislead by the terms of shipping they have. Imagine ordering 15th of October and getting your stuff by 27th of November total of 32 days. As if they had to make the actual clothes specially for me lol.
