My shopping cart emptied itself while I was shopping so I had to go back and find everything I had in my cart again! I’m not a fan of the scroll mechanism either. But great app aside from that.
Order make sure to check it million time before placing an order
The app shows all variety of clothes , but it doesn’t show the tracking number, order information, and also the size guide page is not found in their website and app, also they have some problems not sure what’s it, but most of the time I found my basket empty while I am shopping or I cant find the order but it seems it is there , it will appears after placing an order, I found out there are duplicates in my order in the moment after placing the order they showed me the order and then disappeared. I send an email to them they said they will see, but they didn’t come back to me yet. Who takes the blame now for the mistakes as They will deduct money for returning anything?
to be honest ,this is my first time to have this issue with them as I usually order from their website, so order from the website not from the app until it is fixed
Returns, glitching, bad costumer service
I made my order from Saudi Arabia
While I absolutely love shopping at next for their stock but the app and customer service is HORRIBLE especially after purchasing services.
I am extremely disappointed.. to think a well established brand like next would have such terrible app/website quality.. startups are doing a better job!
1. As i put the things in the basket and wish list it kept glitching which meant i had to start over multiple times
2. There is no steps to make a return, which is RIDICULOUS!! Is this a way to avoid people making returns?? Thats very cheap! Its 2024 its not difficult to program an app to make make returns!! I had to call customer service to request a return.. in convenient, time consuming and unnecessary.
3. Costumer service wait was incredibly long the waiting music was loud .. the agent’s voice sound and speech was UNCLEAR. I could hear traffic and people chatting LOUDLY in the background.
I dont think i will be making any big purchases from the online website/app again!! Not until we see improvement.
