Best app on its category but …

As the title says .. i have tried A LOT of todo apps and i can say with confidence that this app would have been THE best on its category if not for this 2 small issues that i am facing

Aside from how buggy it is … the monthly report which has a ( complete tasks / total tasks ) where it should give you a percentage of completion rate but when you have routines ( which i have in everyday ) it doesn’t count it in the monthly report unless you completed it and that doesn’t make any sense to me

Example.. lets say i have a new fresh account, and today i have three routines and I didn’t do any of them .. the next day in the monthly report it will show ( complete tasks / total tasks ) as 0/0 not 0/3 why is that ?!

In short .. the monthly report is :
1-buggy constantly changing numbers even though I didn’t change anything

2-doesn’t count routines unless you complete it

The second problem is you guys not responding to any emails or DM messages that I'm sending since last year .. which is really frustrating because why would you have a support email when you aren’t welling to answer any emails? Same thing goes in you Instagram account
