No delivery coverage to my area
I used to order water via the app and the water was delivered to my door with the new update the delivery option is not included to my area namely Qatif and I’m asked to buy it from third party which sells the water at higher prices with very limited buying option in quantity and sizes,,
Bad delivery service
The drivers are not polite. Today I received a message from the driver asking about my address however this was the 2nd time I order from Nova. He was a bit rude when asking. He dropped all the boxes in front of the door and he left.
Compared to Montana company, they were extremely better in terms of customer service. They never leave the boxes outside the door. They used to deliver it to inside the house and then leave. These tiny details make me think twice before I re-order from nova again.
