Great and reliable mobile app

Failed of customer support
I pay subscription for a year, choose a usa number to used with social media registration. The first number failed to register, when i return back to customer support they suggested a solution, i followed, the result also failed, return to them, they suggested to uninstall the app and downloaded again, done that, also failed, they recommended to change the number, i agreed, but also failed, they re suggested the previous steps, done than, also failed to register, they suggested change the number i refuse and ask for return back money which i paid for subscription just for 2 days, they say no refund, i cancelled.
I strongly disagree with customer support and they keep send automated massages with different names of support team which i think is also fake.
Bad app without truly solve the problem, they keeping you in trial and trial until you get bored.
