Bad Customer Service/ Keep changing your order

Very bad customer service and useless when you seek their support, if you talk to them in Whatsapp they will answer after 1 day (if you are lucky). Bad delivery time, once they called me at 12:30am to deliver my food, I have chose my meals option, then suddenly I got a different meals that I don’t eat, when I contacted Customer service they said that they can’t change the meals for the next 3 days.
Every few days I get another problem.
I don’t recommend Numou and I wish I did not subscribe with them.

the application very complicated and slow .. every time i have to call .. the customer service is the worst thow .
