Poor booking system. Pls Improve
Pilgrims pay a lot of money, hotels and transport all very expensive. The app has no available dates and then suddenly when a day shows, I try to book the day and time and it doesn’t go through. My permit is not saved. I tried to refresh/reload app. Nothing works. I called the helpline and the gentleman advised on Friday at 2:00 PM it is open for ladies go at that time. Please understand this is very poor organization and service. It has to be improved.

Bad App
Very bad app xxxx not showing the time slot available on any particular day for Umrah or for other activities. I booked the Umrah date/time based on estimate only, it got booked but not showing in active permits section. When tried to book the Umrah again, the message pop up that Umrah permit already active, but in fact there is no active permit.
