Disappointed
Need to improve a lot in this competitive market.
Within my 2 days of visit to Chennai, I have experienced thrice cancellations from Driver side with a false excuses.
I wish you to identify the drastically need of you customers in order to exceed their expectations, then OLA would be a sustainable taxi concept with huge number of success stories, otherwise maximum 3 years, OLA will be washed out by their drivers attitude or else the best practices of your competitors! OLA - please it’s an wake up call for the entire team! All the best for your future!
Heavy tax burden
I travelled Delhi to Amer Jaipur last night.. the journey was smooth and the driver well behaved and courteous. He informed me that road tax and till will be paid by me. Which I understand and pay every time as I travel often on this route by ola.
How ever, I was taken back when he said the road tax amount which was quite highTs 470 and Rs 170 for Haryana and Rajasthan respectively.
When I asked him reason for high tax he informed it due to a bigger vehicle as this was ertiga for signal passenger. I always book a premium sedan and get Etio/ desire etc. and pay lower taxes..if Ola send a bigger car for a ride the additional tax liability should not be on passenger...

There are no Ola Auto’s in Hyderbad. I had suffered alot to book Ola Auto’s. However, other Ola rides are good. I don’t understand why almost all Ola drivers call and ask us our pick up location and drop of point, which we had already mentioned on the app.
If Ola tram can fix some of there issues, no doubt Ola will be the top.
