I am really enjoying the new update, here are my comments: 1. Finally multiple users\profiles are available, it’s about time.👍🏼 2. but I hate the fact that all my account history has been deleted.. I don’t remember where I left off series episode I have to start fresh. 👎🏼 3. Also the fact that (my list) section opens in a whole separate page is very convenient.👍🏼 4. Casting to google cast\home is finally back 5. Next episode option is not available while casting👎🏼 6. When I watch an episode it’s not recorded as watched👎🏼

Thank you for great content guys. Osn is one of the best out there. The app however, still needs some attention. I am mostly watching from an AppleTV so I don’t know it is a known issue anywhere else. When I pause any video I’m watching and go out. It’s supposed to save my current position in the video right? Well no… unfortunately, when the apple tv times out, the episode resumes on its own… offline… even though nobody hit play and the tv is off. It’s really frustrating because you have to always hover through the whole episode to see where I left off… sometimes i find my self in the next episode ….please fix this. It’s more annoying than you can possibly know. The only work around is pausing the video and hit back to exit the video to avoid this and so it could save my current progress. But I can’t always keep that in mind. Also please make it easier to back 10 sec back in the video like the other streaming services with the remote and not having to click on the inside program to << x2. That is also frustrating. Other than that, again, thank you for great content.

Their most affordable subscription is overpriced considering the overwhelming amount of ads. I tried watching a new episode of a show that’s less than an hour long, and had to sit through 2 ads at the start, plus 4 additional ad breaks, each with 2 ads. When I tried to rewind a bit, I was forced to watch the ads again, and the same happened every time I left and returned to the app. In total, I ended up watching a minimum of 10 ads for just one episode—ridiculously excessive and purely driven by greed!

On top of that, the video and audio quality are poor, with the sound often out of sync with the visuals. Honestly, I don’t recommend subscribing at all due to these ad issues. You’d be better off finding a free streaming option than dealing with this!
