Description
Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system serves as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Citizens are enabled to provide feedback once a complaint is marked resolved by an officer. The feedbacks are linked to an officer’s performance. The app provides a hassle free interface to citizens to connect with government at all levels.

User recovery
I have user as overseas Pakistani and I forget my password but I am unable to recover my account, and I have 3 complaints pending.
I am unable to recover my account with my NIC or Passport Number, but when entering mobile number it gives me a message that there is account registered with this mobile number.
Kindly advise how to recover my account.
Closing complaints without relief
It’s very shocking and unfortunate that our portal is useless for us as mentioned above that me and most like me citizens of Pakistan humiliated by concerning authorities where our issues are pending. Please make sure the concerning officers himself take personal interest to solve the public problems , not by sending to their staff by writing a universal truth type words ( please solve the issue or sent for action as per law ) !!! These officers must see the facts and proofs of victims and must write in written the orders to concerning authorities to address the issue and officially informed update the complainants as well as Make sure the accused Office or Officer must be investigated and brought to justice if committed violations which is not happening in ur system . Me and like me a lot Overseas as well and local citizens now disappointed but have no choice to send you again and again the repeated complaints as somehow maybe a Allah fearing officer or PM himself one day see this and warn and bring to justice. May Allah bless Pakistan and its citizens. Ameen
Complaint Resolution Time
1: Surprised to see that for this type of small issues it requires 41 days to solve?
Complaint is pending with Banking Mohtasib punjab since 7 days without any action however only he has to forward it to concern bank with his advise which hardly requires 5 minutes.
He should segregate the complaints as per severity level and small issues should be addressed immediately
2: App keeps on crashing. I have to install new one every time.
3: Now i am receiving pop up of update your profile however i updated it many time. It seems that authorities are avoiding my request.
