Been using Payoneer for more than 8 years and it never disappoints.
Process & Communication
If there was a “zero star” option, I would have chosen it.
The process of sign up is extremely complicated. They ask for a very sensitive content that the bank it self never asks for it. Yet I tried and I was trying to communicate with them to explain some of the submitted papers but all I was getting copy-paste automated answer rather than a real person replies.
It took me two weeks so that was a huge waste of time. The customer service or beyond poor as I never got anyone replying back to my message with understanding of the situation. I signed up at other competitive companies and the service was excellent with respectful customer service and smooth operation.
You don’t have the option to close your account!! So I asked for my account to be closed but it was blocked instead closing it.
At the end I realized it is founded by a Zionist so I decided to remove it and I regret my trials on starting an account. I would not support Zionist nor those supporting children cri*mes and occu*pation.
I would not support this app nor I anyone should use it as Long as you have better competitors with excellent customers services.
The worst app my biggest regret
It’s my only option becuz of where I live and I created an account and when I wanted to log in it says account blocked I didn’t even see the home page just yet stupid bad ugly Payoneer made 2 more accounts also same problem and I tried to contact them but of course really ugly customer service
