There is foul play in the application , don’t put your money in this
When I use one of the tools to close at a profit point , the price at times exceeds the profit point by a margin of 20 to 30 % and the position doesn’t close!! also from other research I’ve done this application doesn’t allow you to withdraw your money especially after making a profit,

Hello Marwan! The risk management tools on our platform are not offered with a guarantee for the closing rate of the position, because of ‘slippage’ occurred due to volatile price movements. We have one stop limit, which is guaranteed - the guaranteed stop. You can check in the instrument details if it is offered for that instrument. This feature allows you to set a specific rate at which your position will close at exactly (irrespective of whether the requested rate was passed) in order to limit your loss at an absolute value. The Guaranteed Stop is available for specific instruments and is subject to wider spread charge. It guarantees that the position will close at the requested level.
As for the withdrawals, we could not find your account with the details given, so please contact our Customer Support.
