Mr. Erkin
Mr. Erkin is a brilliant teacher, he has helped me a lot to improve my French language and I've been making significant progress with him. he is also flexible in terms of scheduling. I found MR, Erkin doing a lot of preparation for his students without complaining of overtime or prices. Really he likes his mission and his students and he has loyalty to it. I absolutely recommend Mr. Erkin, for other students whom want to learn French better. GOD BLESS HIM.

Hello! Thanks for sharing your feedback. You can control the refill option that you set up when buying a package with the tutor anytime in Settings. Along with that, you can transfer bought hours between tutors and continue studying with a new one, simply contact our support for that.
THIS APP IS A SCAM
The worst app ever . I booked a lesson in April and the teacher was late 7 minutes and when she came she asked A few questions for like one minute only then she suddenly hanged up on me and reschedule the lesson to August like 5 months ! she only wanted the money she didn't bother her self to complete the lesson . I talked to the customer service and told them that I want a refund they said Your refund has been initiated. so I waited for 15 days I never get my refund so i talked to the customer service again and they told me that the refund was successful and the guy was Super rude to me .now its been 2 months and I still didn't get the refund .
اسوأ برنامج لحد يجربه حجزت عند معلمه ويوم جاء وقت الدرس قامت دخلت ثانيه وجلست تصرف وسكرت بوجهي واجلت موعد الدرس الى بعد ٥ شهور ! مدري تستهبل ولا ايش ولا شاورتني اصلا سكرت بوجهي مدري وش حادها تشتغل معلمه وهي مب قدها ويوم كلمت خدمه العملاء قالوا بنرجع لك فلوسك والحين صار لي سنه انتظر فلوسي ترجع لي ولا رجعت ويوم كلمتهم مره ثانيه كان اسوأ تعامل شفته بحياتي وينافخ علي بعد الله لا يحللهم سرقوني ويهاوشوني بعد لو فيه اقل من نجمه عطيت والله انها كثيره عليهم النجمه
One choice would change the application
1) there are bugs not as smooth.
2) There is a choice to add to this application to change it to the better!
Before taking any course, there is a choice to try a class and pay just one class then there’s the choices of courses. I wish to add instead of a full course adding a pay for one class, then if I want to that I will take the other because students level different from one to another.
Other than that the application is beneficial easy and cheap anyone can take classes.
