Why isn’t the winter effect #1 not working anymore?
Hello this is Sarah you may remember me , I did once come here anyways, the winter effect #1 isn’t working anymore, I don’t know if it’s only me or also people don’t have it , when I click on it, it doesn’t show up only #3 and #4 only work #1 and 2# don’t work so I really need you prequel to fix this bug , I really need the winter effect for my coloring

Hello! Please, try to re-install Prequel. It helps a lot of users in this situation. Generally, this issue will be fixed in the coming app update. We're working hard on its. Currently, the update is waiting for an approval from App Store.

Prequel is an app that offers you so much for free, and I truly hope that never changes.
It has a variety of effects to use for no additional charges, yet there are a few effects that do cost you weekly payments, but this does not change the fact that this app has really helped me edit beautiful videos with their amazing effects that they have offered.

Amazing app
Hello I am Mina the same girl who send the other one I was trying to reach out to you but I couldn’t so I am writing another review So today I red your message and I updated the app I tried using the diamond filter and it still didn’t work!!!should I delete the app and download it again?the app is amazing you should totally download it!!please fix my issue with the diamond filter I tried to contact you in Mail to send you pictures I couldn’t!!

We are sorry that all the other tips didn't help. We recommended to you to reinstall the app and install it again because It clears our device's short memory :) However, you may also try clearing your phone's cache by going into Settings, iPhone Storage, Prequel, Download the app. All these steps can help.
