Prince Sultan Military Medical City (PSMMC) has successfully developed a patients portal mobile application (PATTAL); the patients will be able to view all aspects related to their medical information using their mobile phones.
The application provide numerous services including (and not limit to):
1. Booking appointments
2. Viewing future appointment
3. Viewing lab results
4. Viewing radiology reports
5. Viewing prescriptions history

The app had a lot of bugs and need someone to fix also i don’t know why it takes a lot of time to show me what i have clicked also it show’s me “no data available” even tho i know there’s something should’ve been shown

The app isn’t working , the last update was 11 months ago, even though e-service website page needs more enhancement to reflect all services the patient needs
