Wrong deposit address
I have very bad exp with rain. I transfer 1k XRP from other site. Transfer done from there but not received rain. Rain team says may be you send wrong address. I says compare my bith address how it is possible that I send wrong. It was totally right. They eat my 1000 XRP.

Not recommended
Rain is extremely bad with withdrawal to your bank account. When you do withdrawal they inform you that the transaction will take up to 8 business days and that means 2 weeks at least! No crypto platform on earth will do that. After the 2 weeks they will inform you again that they have send a deposit to your bank account and it will take up to 4 business day! Seriously! So you need 3 weeks to withdrawal your money from Rain.
Secondly, Rain only has 4 crypto to trade.
Last thing is that Rain fees is ridiculous. So safe your money and time and find better platform.

Too long for account verification
96 hours for account verification is too long, other trusted Exchange site do it in 2 hours once you sent your documents. You guys should have some people work 24/7 to expedite these requests.
I know you recently started and still growing. But from watching the founder talking on one of the podcast I got the feeling that you already have the right staff in place.
