I had a problem when getting the car I booked. First when I arrived to the airport, the supplier refused to give me the car I picked & payed for, and they told me it was not available. Secondly, I had to pay more to get another car, otherwise the booking will be canceled, and they won’t return me 3 days of my money. When I contacted the website, they didn’t offer me any solution, and they didn’t help me at all. The only thing they cared about was getting their money. It was a very bad experience with this website. I DON’T recommend it!!
Disappointing
I rent a car three weeks before the pick up time and the reservation confirmed but when I go to pick up the car the company said there is no reservation for you and we get nothing from Rental car
I tried to contact with rentalcar on the same time but there number was closed and I sent an email to them but i get reply after 4 hours and they said call us
After I call them they put me on hold for several minutes and the call ended I tried this for many call with no results after they answered me they said we will cancel the reservation but we deduct three days from the total price wile that is there fault not Mine
And the deduct three days
I will not use this App again and I will ask all my friends to not using it
