It’s so bad, there is no one answering your questions no reply no update nothing at all...
Delivery takes long long time , I’ve been waiting now more than 2 weeks and it might reach 1 month unfortunately !!

I requested a dress and the payment process was completed. The invoice was sent, but I was surprised not to send anything related to the order (when arriving, tracking number, etc.). Even the application when entering the list of students, there is no order despite the payment of the account ,, and the misfortune was communicated by me in response to the request is canceled ,, Why is the dress sold out? Okay, why on the site can I order you again ,,, the last thing they told me about within 10 days will be refunded for you, I mean, if I had not called and communicated, I would have been waiting for the order on the empty
App needs improvement
App is very slow, and it takes long time to add or delete items. Recently I couldn’t add any thing to the favorites list, and it’s very frustrating . Otherwise Riva clothes are very fashionable, but I hope they will seek a good delivery company to improve the whole business because this is always my only problem .
