The app is good. If you could add a new setting called widgets where the user can select specific information like the balance of one of his accounts outside the app. I mean once he open the app he will see his balance before logging in and if he want to login he can hit login button below the page. This will save a lot of time once the user want only to know how much money in his account.This one information the user can select to add but it is good to give him control to add which information to show and even more the one information where he can swap left or right to go through the other selected information without logging in. I saw this in another bank app called millennium bank in poland

SAB is one of the cleanest and most useful finance apps I’ve used in Saudi—especially for tracking spending and keeping everything in one place. The experience is smooth, the UI is clear, and SAB 360 is genuinely a great feature.That said, I really hope SAB 360 can become a standalone app (or at least be usable as a dedicated module). It deserves its own space with deeper budgeting and reporting tools.A few features that would make it next-level:•PDF report generation: monthly/weekly spending summaries, category breakdowns, merchant analysis, and exportable statements (PDF + maybe Excel).•Smart budget alerts: notifications when I’m approaching my limit (e.g., 80% / 90%) and when I exceed the budget—by category and total monthly spend.•Optional: a simple spending forecast for the rest of the month based on current pace.If SAB 360 becomes standalone with reporting + real budget notifications, it would easily be one of the best personal finance tools in the region.

I am a Premier Customer with a relationship manager who have been wire tranferring money to my bank in North America for 5 years in the amount of $200 a month. It was my friends birthday last month so I had wire transfer an additional amount of $1200. All of a sudden I receive back the funds to my account missing around $80 and not even Premier customer service is able to tell me why the wire got rejected. They told me I should contact my relationship manager to get an explanation of why my wire transfer got rejected, so I tried contacting him through phone and Watsapp but he didn’t answer nor did he reply nor did he attempt to reach back. After two weeks of not getting a call back, I have escalated the matter that I have been trying to reach out to my relationship manager to customer service and they told me they will open a ticket for me and it will take 5 business days for someone to reach out to me. Then , as usual, I get notified the ticket is closed but no one contacted me. So I called customer service again, and they said they closed the ticket because someone will reach out to me in two days. And guess what? No one reached out.So now I am stuck with no way to find out why my wire got rejected and why funds came back missing $80. I tried reaching out to my recipient bank but they said it was not rejected from their side and that I should contact the sender bank.So there you have it, SAB AL AWWAL is a garbage bank that doesn’t care about it’s customers, let only it’s “Premier” customers.I will enjoy filing a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce and rattle your cages you worthless bank.

Nice design and much user friendly comparing to the old app but still some proper testing has to be done as there are some bugs, one example of bug is while you entered under government bills and payment and just wanted to check the associate fees and just want to go back it accepts only one step back and when I tried to go back to do another transaction or to check something else I cannot we will have to close the application forcefully and log in again to do that.. please take care of such things and it will be great.. thanks
