Very good and clean scooters. I loved the experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Very bad.

Area(zone)its very limited,only 1 line.
There no information price its for time or range.
You cannot end your ride if it outside of zone(area) and its keep charging . You need cary by hands because its on automatic brake.
Please notify riders when it’s outside of area to not face such problems .

Thanks for your feedback.

There is no limits in your rides by the “zone”. You can ride around the whole city, but when you stop the scooter, you have to stop it in the right place shown in the app, for the safety of the city and the ethics of the system.

As for the price and time, actually it’s there! explained in the side box below before the start of the trip.
