I know it’s only first day, how even the ease of navigating between pages the speed of transfer and trading and the clarity of the I formtion is perfect. One key missing feature is to make customer holding button more prominent and every where. It seem I have to search the entire app to find my total holdings in cash USD and SAR and portfolio worth.

A wonderful platform, and I thank you for it. However, as a user and a newcomer here, I would like to convey some suggestions to enhance competitiveness and provide a unique experience for investors, helping to retain current investors and attract more to use your platform for daily trading and investment. My suggestions are as follows: • It is preferable to improve the bank transfer service and reduce the time it takes for transfers to reach users’ accounts. • Adding a very important feature for any investor, which is the (automatic reinvestment) feature. This feature attracts many clients and helps retain them. I also noticed that you only have one option for wallet funding, which is transferring funds via a bank account. This is insufficient compared to other investment platforms. Therefore, I kindly request the addition of another important payment method: the option to pay using Apple Pay or debit from a credit card. Additionally, providing an option for automatic periodic deductions and automated investments would be beneficial.You have a lot of work ahead to improve and strengthen the platform and make it competitive with others. These were my suggestions, which I consider important for every investor who wishes to work with you. I am sure that everyone who reads this will agree with me.This is what I have noticed during my three-day experience using the application, and I wanted to share it with you for consideration and potential implementation if approved. App is good but lots of room for growth

The Sahm app is very well made and definitely amongst the best investment tools in Saudi Arabia at the moment. The chart functions are good and the UI is intuitive and seamless.However, the app still has a lot of room to grow. Some areas of improvement are listed below:Modern brokers have a much better portfolio page with more insights and charts as to portfolio allocations. (E.g. Pie charts) I would love to see the addition of a portfolio hub where I can see all my asset classes. The website is not ideal and there is no desktop software equivalent. The search functions for finding companies to invest in is quite messy. Especially when trying to navigate government shariah bonds (sukuk). It would be helpful to add the ability to sort by industry, or a filters tab. A portfolio schedule! This is so important! I would absolutely love a page where a schedule is automatically created to display key dividend and corporate announcements RELEVANT to my portfolio only! These changes would improve user Quality of Life greatly and make our investments experience much better- and truly establish Sahm as one of the best brokerages in the Kingdom.

The Saham platform app has great potential but is hindered by significant performance issues. The app frequently freezes and becomes unresponsive, which has led to missed opportunities and even losses in trades. Often, when attempting to execute important actions, the app returns a “cannot connect to server” message, adding to the frustration and unreliability. This delay in accessing the platform can prevent users from making timely decisions, which is crucial for trading. We hope to see improvements in future updates that will enhance its stability and responsiveness, as the current issues greatly impact the user experience.
