SAMA has established “SAMACare” mobile app to receive consumer complaints, ensure fair and transparent handling of such complaints, and provide an official awareness platform for individuals to refer to for reliable information on financial literacy and the rights and responsibilities stipulated in SAMA’s rules and regulations.
In this app, consumer can register a profile and create a case. They can also check the status of the cases.

I used this app to complain and I filed already case. Iam sure this App will help consumers even they are not working anymore outside Kingdom.
I filed case last 2 days and received Email from SAMACARES that they will contact me after 5 days. They will work on my case.
