Excellent App!

Excellent application. It has all what you need, from booking an appointment and requesting a status update on your vehicle, to a live chatbot that helps you with all of your enquiries.

I booked an appointment for my car VW

But when i went to the service center they told me that the assigned advisor is in the audi department and not in vw. The advisors ignored me and didn’t bother to investigate the issue. Then i spoke to their manager and he helped out.
All that trouble is that i wanted them to check a noise in the car and the process didn’t take 10 minutes and they told me it was a normal noise. So why did you make me wait all that long just to take a look at the car? The worst dealership ever.
I now do all of my services outside the dealership in workshops that actually respect their customers and charge them a reasonably.

What a shame ,, unique cars are left in hot market and under serviced ,, under Samaco
Any small resturant chain here in Saudi are capable of building an excellent application ..
Here Samaco shows it’s best.. their contact lines , and application here are all utter failure
What worse the german maker has no intention to listen to customer complaints for decades..
